Bio
Michelle is an Ex Big 4 Executive/Partner at Price Water house Coopers and Ernst & Young. She worked 20+ years in tech consulting & change management in Russia and Canada.
After leaving corporate consulting she began to notice that years of unchecked task switching had weakened her ability to create, think, innovate. Her brainpower was not what it used to be. She often felt exhausted and overwhelmed.
That is why Michelle trained in and tested new approaches to getting focused and being present in work and life. She is a certified 750 hr yoga teacher, embodiment teacher, creative play facilitator and mindfulness practitioner.

She is also a digital wellbeing advocate in her role as Director, Inspired Children & Youth Foundation, on a mission to protect vulnerable girls and youth from the negative impacts of tech.
