I am a senior global HR and Organizational Development Specialist, who has worked at start ups to Fortune 500 companies in driving positive culture change to engage employees better. An out of the box thinker, I started my career as a software engineer and instructional designer. I also now have a side hobby coaching and competing in CrossFit.

Australia, now in New York
2. What has been one rewarding thing about living abroad?
Australia is so far away and living overseas you are so much closer to the rest of the world- the energy, the pulse of everything. In a few hours, you can be anywhere in the world.
3. What is one fun or random fact about you that people don’t know?
I was awarded a medal from the Governor General of Australia for a mass beach rescue of 20+ people.
4. What is one tip you would like to share with new expats
Be yourself! Know your values and who you are. By doing this not only will you be confident, but attract those who align to your values.
