Sonya Pelia is Founding LP at How Women Invest, a venture capital firm with the mission to fuel early-stage, high-potential female founders with starter fuel and mentorship to success. She is a also a startup mentor at The Tech for Good Digital Accelerator and the Alchemist Accelerator.  She is also a C-Level B2B SaaS and Enterprise Software/Hardware Marketing Executive with expertise in Product-Led Growth, the strategic transformation of traditional marketing to digital marketing, creating brand and vision, and driving revenue with marketing. Sonya has also run a parallel track for over 26 years as a gender-equality leader, board member, and President of the Board at the award-winning, non-profit Maitri (www.maitri.org) empowering South Asian survivors of domestic violence. Sonya serves on the board of MoveUp, is an advisor to non-profit boards and founders, and is the recipient of numerous awards.
